It’s a rap and R&B musical based on Othello and set in the future in a war torn city-state/nation, with Leslie Odom Jr. (who originated the role of Aaron Burr in Hamilton) playing the antagonist.

Funny enough, the protagonist was at one point played by Javier Muñoz who took over the role of Alexander Hamilton in Hamilton on Broadway after Lin Manuel Miranda’s departure!
